Wrong address:

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation. Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to. 

Lost/Stolen Package:

Should an item be recorded as successfully delivered by your country's domestic postal service to the provided address at the time of order yet fail to arrive, it is necessary for you to reach out to your local post office. Additionally, you will need to provide us with an official statement confirming the package's loss, theft, or non-delivery. Upon receipt of this necessary documentation, we will endeavor to dispatch a replacement order to your address.
